Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish

Ingredients:

  • 2¼ cups au jus
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2¼ - 3 pounds deli roast beef, sliced
  • 6 Kummelweck rolls
  • Bookbinder's Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Heat au jus and beef broth in a pan until simmering.
  2. Add roast beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Lightly toast the cut sides of the Kummelweck rolls under the broiler.
  4. Divide the beef among the rolls, add Bookbinder's Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish (to taste), and top with the other half of the Kimmelweck rolls.
  5. Serve with au jus for dipping.
