Try our version of the viral California Roll Cucumber Salad! Fresh, crunchy, and drizzled with Bookbinder's Sriracha Wasabi Sauce for a spicy kick. A must-taste sensation!Ingredients:
All ingredients measured to taste- 1 cucumber
- imitation crab
- mayonnaise
- whipped cream cheese
- avocado
- soy sauce
- sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
- Bookbinder's Sriracha Sauce
- Bookbinder's Wasabi Sauce
Directions:
- Thinly slice entire cucumber into bowl.
- Add chopped imitation crab, mayonnaise, whipped cream cheese, avocado, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and Bookbinder's Sriracha Sauce and Wasabi Sauce to bowl.
- Cover bowl and shake until all ingredients are combined or mix thoroughly.
- Top with additional Bookbinder's Siriacha and Wasabi Sauce if desired.
