Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cubed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
For the Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Bookbinder's Everything Bagel Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Boil elbow macaroni until it's al dente (still firm). Rinse under cold water to stop cooking and prevent sticking. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cubed cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, and peas.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, sugar, Bookbinder's Everything Bagel Mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
