Ingredients:
- Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- Top Sirloin
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Skewers
Directions:
- Preheat grill. Make sure the grates are well oiled prior to cooking to reduce sticking.
- Rub steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill steaks, turning every 5-8 minutes until they are cooked to preference. Use a food thermometer to test. It’s recommended to cook steaks to at least 145 degrees F.
- Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
- Cut steaks into bite-sized cubes. Skewer 3 pieces and drizzle with Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce.
