Creamy Horseradish Sauce, Whole Grain Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄8 cup Bookbinder's Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1⁄8 cup Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1-10 oz bag of Angel Hair Coleslaw cut cabbage (or 1 medium head, shredded)
  • 1-10 oz bag of matchstick cut carrots (or 3 large carrots cut into matchsticks)

Directions:

Whisk together mayonnaise, Bookbinder's Whole Grain Mustard & Creamy Horseradish Sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seeds, and vinegar. Toss cabbage and carrots in the dressing. Enjoy!
