Ingredients:
- 8 oz (about 225 g) pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or imitation crab)
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 cup Bookbinder's Tartar Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, seafood, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
- In a separate small bowl, mix Bookbinder's Tartar Sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the Silver Spring Tartar Sauce mixture over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
