Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Bookbinder's Tartar Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat)
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread a layer of Bookbinder's Tartar Sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Arrange the mixed seafood, olives, and red bell pepper on top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with additional Bookbinder's Tartar Sauce for dipping.
