Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 3 tbsp Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
- In a small bowl, combine the Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the chopped celery and red onion to the tuna. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the tuna salad on a bed of mixed greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
