Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Bookbinder's Wasabi Sauce
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- Rice Crakers or Wonton Cups
- 1 lb medium Shrimp: washed, deveined, tils removed
- 1 bunch Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
Directions:
- Salt shrimp, let sit 1 hour at room temperature.
- Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
- Puree Bookbinder's Wasabi Sauce with cream cheese in a food processor (or hand mixer) until silky smooth.
- Brush each cracker with melted butter.
- Spread some mixture on each cracker.
- Top with one shrimp and sprinkle some scallions over the top.
- Countinue with the rest of the crackers until finished.
